Mark is the boss. He works across the company to ensure that everything we do meets the Better standard for excellence and performance, as well as making sure that we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Paul works tirelessly to ensure that our clients receive the very best advice and support, making sure that their brand messaging effectively reaches all their audiences as well as delivering a measurable ROI.

Laura loves Marketing. This passion is backed up with extensive experience in brand, insight and marketing communication for national and international brands. Laura works with our clients to support (and quite often challenge) their strategic brand and marketing requirements with a clear focus on customer requirements and objectives.

Peter works closely with clients and our strategic team, he has ultimate responsibility for crafting innovative and award-winning design solutions that deliver measurable results.

Ryan works closely with Peter, he fuels our creativity by bringing his passion for design, typography and print into every single conversation. His insatiable appetite for new ideas keeps us all on our toes.

Fiona is the newest recruit in the design team and brings a fresh approach to all things creative. Her natural style and unique mind constantly surprises us (in a nice way!) with the most innovative of ideas.

Adam possesses that rare combination of creative and technical skills to deliver user experiences that blows everything else out of the water. He has a passion for digital technology and is constantly on the look out for new learning.

Elliot is our junior developer. Well, we say junior…his experience and skills far exceed his age. He works closely with the Digital team to help develop our clients’ ideas into digital reality.

Ollie is, in his own words, a ‘creative web geek’. He is passionate about all things digital with a very keen eye on design. His creative mind is complimented by a clear understanding of web development techniques to ensure creative and technical aspects of web projects work hand in hand to deliver the most effective experience possible for web users.

Julie works closely with Paul, she stops at nothing to get things done on time, on brief and on budget. She’s red hot at ideas too – no matter how obscure a request might be, Julie will find a way of making it happen.

Victoria is our studio guardian, keeping us all in check. She works alongside the entire team to facilitate and support the efficient organisation and management of the studio.

Helen helps us watch the pennies by leading and managing our internal and external financial management systems.
